2005 yılında İ.Ü. Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesi İngilizce Tıp Bölümü'nü tamamladı ve Kardiyoloji uzmanlık eğitimini 2005-2011 yılları arasında Dr. Siyami Ersek Göğüs Kalp ve Damar Cerrahisi Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi'nde aldı. 2014 yılında University of Alabama at Birmingham'da 3 boyutlu ekokardiyografi eğitimi aldı ve bu alanda çok sayıda bilimsel çalışmanın içinde yer aldı. 2016 yılında doçent oldu ve 2018-2019 yılları arasında University of Alberta'da İleri Kalp Yetersizliği & Kalp Nakli programında Clinical Fellow olarak görev aldı. 2021 yılında Kardiyoloji Profesörü olarak İstinye Üniversitesi'ne atandı ve halen burada çalışmaktadır. Halen Türk Kardiyoloji Derneği Kalp Yetersizliği Çalışma Grubu Yönetim Kurulu üyesi olarak görev almaktadır ve 100'ün üzerinde yerli ve yabancı bilimsel yazısı mevcuttur.
