Ali Sait Kavaklı, 1973 yılında Antalya’da doğdu. İlk ve orta öğrenimini Antalya’da tamamladıktan sonra 1997 yılında İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi’nden mezun oldu. 2010 yılında Taksim Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde asistanlık eğitimini tamamlamasının ardından 2013 yılına kadar Dr. Siyami Ersek Göğüs Kalp Damar Cerrahisi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde ve sonrasında 2022 yılına kadar Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Antalya Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde Anesteziyoloji ve Reanimasyon Kliniği Uzman Hekimi olarak görev yaptı. 2018 yılında “Doçent” ünvanı alan Ali Sait Kavaklı’nın özel ilgi alanları kardiyovasküler cerrahi anestezisi, toraks cerrahisinde anestezi ve rejyonal anestezidir.
