EMSA İstinye organized our university's first international twinning program to strengtgen international cooperation and cultural interaction. The twinning project carried out with the University of Bonn aims to build cultural and academic bridges between our students. EMSA Twinning program enables students to experience different cultures, improve their language skills and gain diverse academic perspectives. The program is important not only for EMSA İstinye but also for EMSA Turkey, because of the highest number of international student participation in EMSA programs held this year.
In the first leg of the exchange program, which took place between 28 May and 2 June; students from Germany had the opportunity to use our faculty's laboratory facilities to improve themselves academically, observe the differences in medical education approaches of the two countries and get to know our local culture closely. We congratulate our students who hosted their German friends and thank our faculty who contributed.
