2015: Istinye University was established
2016: The main regulation of Istinye University (ISU) was published. Istinye University Faculty of Medicine (ISUTF) was established. Harmonization studies for National Core Education Program were conducted. ISU Health Application and Research Center (Bahçeşehir) was opened.
2017: ISUTF Undergraduate Education and Examination Directive came into force. ISU was established. R&D Centers within ISU (Molecular Cancer Research and Application Center (İSÜMKAM), Innovative Center for Applied Neurosciences (ISUCAN), Stem Cell and Tissue Engineering Research and Application Center (İSÜKÖK)) were opened
2018: ISUTF English Medical Education and Training Program started. ISU Medical Park Gaziosmanpasa Hospital started serving as an additional building for ISU Health Application and Research Center. ISU Artificial Intelligence in Medicine Research and Application Center (TYZAUM) was opened. ISU Clinical Research Ethics Committee was established.
2019: Training Protocols with Ministry of Health and External Institutions were created. ISUTF Undergraduate Education and Examination Directive was renewed. The process of ISU Bologna Information Package was started and completed.
2020: Training of Trainers (ToT) programs for ISUTF academicians were organized. Software Engineering Program for ISUTF students was opened.
2021: ISU Vadi Campus and Vadi Istanbul Liv Hospital were opened. Competency Development Programs for Academicians were conducted. The ISUTF Internship Directive came into force. ISUTF Research and Development Board Activity Directive came into force. ISU Aging Studies Application and Research Center (İSÜ GEROMER) was opened
2022: İSÜTF has its first graduates. Accreditation studies for the Undergraduate Medical Education started. Competency Development Programs for Academicians were conducted. Training of Trainers certification program was organized. Authorization for Medical Specialization Training Program in 7 branches was approved by TUK.
2023: TEPDAD Accreditation application was accepted, and the service contract was signed. İSÜTF had its graduates for a second year in a row. ISUTF 2023-2026 Strategic Planning was prepared.
