As an act of awareness for the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, students in İstinye University’s EMSA (European Medical Students’ Association) Club received detailed information about breast cancer from Prof. Dr. Mehmet Levhi Akın, the University’s Head of Surgical Medicine Department in Medical Faculty. The students went on to organize an information session with a group of 20 students in Bakırköy’s Cumhuriyet Meydanı (Republic Square) on Saturday, 19 October.
