She was born in Bursa in 1970. She graduated from Bursa Anatolian High School in 1981-1988. She completed her undergraduate education at Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1988-1995. She completed her Medical Pathology specialization at Taksim Training and Research Hospital between 1997-2001. She worked as a specialist and chief assistant at Taksim Training and Research Hospital Medical Pathology Clinic between 2001 and 2013. During this period, she established System Medicine Labs Medical Pathology Clinic between 2005 and 2009 and worked there part-time. She became a Pathology doctor Assoc.Prof. in 2014. She worked at SBU GOP EAH between 2014-2024. She served as Medical Pathology Clinical Administrative Supervisor at SBU GOP EAH between 2018-2024. As of February 12, 2024, she worked as a Prof.Dr. at Istinye University Medical Pathology Department.
