
Dr. Cengiz Özdemir was born in 1978. After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2002, he started his specialty training at S. B. Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital Chest Diseases Clinic. After receiving the title of Chest Diseases Specialist in 2008, he worked as a Chest Diseases Specialist at Malatya State Hospital between 2008-2011 and at Yedikule Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Training and Research Hospital between 2011-2022. He carried out the administrative and educational responsibilities of the Sleep Disorders Center and Interventional Pulmonology units at Yedikule Chest Diseases and Thoracic Surgery Training and Research Hospital. He received the title of associate professor of chest diseases in 2018. He has been working as a Chest Diseases specialist at Liv Hosptial Vadistanbul hospital since 2022. He has been working as a faculty member at İstinye University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pulmonary Diseases, since September 2023. He is interested in the fields of interventional pulmonology and sleep disorders and conducts scientific studies.
