Ozan Başkurt was born in 1991. He graduated from Galatasaray High School in 2009. After graduating from Yeditepe University Medical School in 2015, he worked as a doctor at Küçükçekmece Community Health Center in Istanbul. During his studies, he completed an associate degree in Management of Healthcare Facilities at Anadolu University. He then continued this study and obtained a license in Business Administration. In 2016, he started his internship in Neurosurgery at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. In May 2021, he completed his residency and earned his doctorate in the Department of Neurosurgery at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital. He conducted an animal experiment entitled "Experimental diffuse axonal injury and investigation of neurogranin level in rat model" as his specialization thesis in medicine. In the 99th state service obligation, he worked as a specialist in the neurosurgery clinics of Hakkâri Public Hospital and Kızıltepe Public Hospital. Currently, he is working as a specialist in the Department of Neurosurgery in Liv Hospital Vadistanbul.
