Ferda Kaleağasıoğlu
Prof. Dr. Ferda Kaleağasıoğlu 1978 yılında Kadiköy Anadolu Lisesinden ve 1984 yılında İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesinden mezun oldu. 1984-1986 yılları arasında Alanya Verem Savaş Dispanseri’nde mecburi hizmetini yaptı. 1986-1991 yılları arasında Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fakültesinde Tıbbi Farmakoloji uzmanlığı eğitimini tamamladı. 1989 yılından itibaren Alman Kanser Araştırma Merkezinde/Almanya yürütülen projelere katıldı.1991-1996 yılları arasında, İ.Ü. Onkoloji Enstitüsü ve İ.Ü. Aziz Sancar Deneysel Tıp Araştırma Enstitüsünde ve 1996’ da ise ilaç endüstrisine geçerek, çok uluslu ilaç firmalarında Bilimsel Proje Yöneticisi, Ülke Ar-Ge Müdürü, Medikal ve Ruhsat Departmanları Yöneticisi, Firma Basın Sözcüsü, Endüstriyel İlişkiler Müdürü, Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi, ve Avrupa-Orta Doğu-Asya Klinik Çalışmalar Kurulu üyesi olarak çalıştı. 2011’den itibaren yeniden akademisyenliğe dönerek Yeditepe Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi Genetik ve Biyoteknoloji Anabilim Dalında (2011-2012), Yakın Doğu Tıp Fakültesi Tıbbi Farmakoloji Anabilim Dalında (2012-2014; 2017-2020) ve Yeditepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi (2014-2017) Tıbbi Farmakoloji Anabilim Dalında görev yaptı. Akademik çalışmalarının yanısıra, Dönem Koordinatörü, Araştırma Eğitimini Geliştirme Komitesi üyesi, Araştırma Stratejileri Komitesi üyesi, Etik Kurul üyesi ve Öz Değerlendirme Koordinatörü gibi pek çok idari görevde bulundu. Bilimsel ilgi alanları kanser, nörodejeneratif hastalıklar ve bilinçtir.
