Demet Sinem Güden,  Dr.

Assistant Dr. Demet Sinem Guden was born in 1987 in Iskenderun. She graduated from Mersin Mehmet Adnan Ozcelik Anatolian High School in 2005 and Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy in 2011. Between 2012-2013, she worked as a quality assurance engineer&warehouse responsible person in a well-known pharmaceutical company in Turkey. Between 2013-2014, she started doctoral education at Marmara University Faculty of Pharmacy Department of Pharmacology while she worked in a hospital pharmacy as a pharmacist. Between 2014-2019 she worked as a research assistant position and completed her Ph.D. degree in Pharmacology at Mersin University Faculty of Pharmacy Department of Pharmacology. The main research interests are sepsis, septic shock, non-septic shock, inflammatory hyperalgesia. She has published sixteen international and national articles with 93 citations as of 2019. Recently, she keeps going to study her post-doctoral researches in new projects related to neuropharmacology.
